Live printing for Las Vegas events.

The #1 trade show and convention city in North America — 24,000 meetings, conventions, and incentive programs a year across the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay, Venetian Expo, Caesars Forum, Allegiant Stadium, Sphere, Resorts World, and Wynn. Our home market. Same-day activations on the strip are routine.

Venues we activate in Las Vegas

The convention centers, resorts and arenas where Las Vegas activations run, and what each one is good for.

  • Las Vegas Convention Center

The biggest floor in town: West, North, Central and South Halls, home to CES, NAB, SEMA and MAGIC. Long walks between halls make a merch station a natural anchor for booth traffic.

  • Mandalay Bay Convention Center

South Strip, home to Black Hat USA and Shoptalk. We produced 800+ items on this floor during Black Hat 2026.

  • The Venetian Expo

Connected to The Venetian and Palazzo, home to JCK and a large share of AWS re:Invent. Expo halls and ballroom foyers both work for live stations.

  • Caesars Forum

Mid-Strip, a pedestrian bridge from The LINQ. Popular for corporate summits and user conferences, where a merch station doubles as the lounge.

  • Resorts World Convention Center

North Strip and newer, with flexible ballrooms for product launches and partner events.

  • Wynn & Encore

Premium meetings and VIP hospitality, where embroidery and laser engraving fit the room better than a shirt line.

  • MGM Grand & Aria

Conference centers that host pharma, finance and tech programs, plus hotel-wide incentive trips.

  • Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena & Sphere

Fan zones, sponsor suites and brand takeovers. High volume, short windows: we plan throughput before we plan designs.

Why a Las Vegas crew changes the math

Most live printing vendors fly into Las Vegas. We drive. Our shop is on West Oakey Boulevard, about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center, so your activation carries no crew flights, no hotel block and no freight shipped across state lines.

Being local also covers what goes wrong on show day. If a garment size sells out at 11am, we restock from our own shelves before the afternoon session. If a press needs a part, it comes from across town, not overnight shipping. And because the same crew works these floors every month, the load-in details are already handled: freight docks, the general contractor's deadlines, union labor rules and power orders.

AI activations on the Strip

Las Vegas trade show floors are where booth traffic is hardest to earn, and where a one-of-one item wins it. At an AI activation, each guest types a prompt at our kiosk, picks the design they like, and watches it printed in front of them. Guests get a text when it's ready, so there's no line clogging your booth and no reason to walk to the next exhibitor's giveaway table.

The format works across Vegas event types: exhibitor booths at LVCC, partner lounges at Caesars Forum, sponsor zones at Allegiant Stadium and VIP dinners at Wynn. For high-volume floors we pair AI design with screen printing or DTF so throughput keeps up with the crowd.

How an AI activation works

What to print at a Vegas show

Match the item to the room. Trade show floors move fast, so tees and totes with DTF or DTG keep the line short. Executive summits and VIP events reward embroidery on hats and jackets, or laser-engraved drinkware. Fan events at the stadium and arena want volume, which means screen printing with an AI-designed limited run.

We run eight methods on site and pick the one that fits the material, your timeline and your budget, not the one we happen to own.

Planning timeline for Las Vegas events

For the big shows (CES, SEMA, NAB, MAGIC, re:Invent), book 6–10 weeks out. Exhibitor service deadlines for power and labor close early, and hotel-adjacent ballroom space goes fast. For corporate events, product launches and private parties, two to four weeks is usually enough. Same-day setups on the Strip are possible when the date can't move.

Send us the show, hall or ballroom, dates and expected attendance. We'll come back with a build: methods, products, crew size, the power and space you need to order, and an itemized quote.

Every Las Vegas activation ships with the same standard

No matter the city, the four commitments are what qualifies an activation as generative.

  1. 1. Every guest gets a one-of-one
  2. 2. Generation is under 30 seconds
  3. 3. Brand safety is a system, not a person
  4. 4. The activation returns data, not just merch

Live printing in Las Vegas: FAQ

Are you actually based in Las Vegas?

Yes. Our production shop and crew are at 1525 W Oakey Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102, about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Convention Center. Live printing in Las Vegas is our home market, not a market we travel to.

How much does live printing at a Las Vegas event cost?

Packages start at $3,000 for a half-day activation with up to 150 items and scale with hours, item count, product mix and methods. Full-day and two-day convention programs run $10,000–$25,000, and multi-day or multi-location programs start at $25,000. Every tier is published on our pricing page.

Can you work inside LVCC, Mandalay Bay and Venetian Expo show rules?

Yes. We work these floors regularly and plan around each show's general contractor deadlines, union labor rules, freight dock schedules and power orders. We tell you exactly what to order through the show so nothing gets missed.

Can guests design their own merch with AI at our booth?

Yes. That's our specialty. Guests type a prompt at our kiosk, choose an AI-generated design in your brand's style, and we print it live. Every prompt and image passes moderation before anything is printed.

How far ahead should we book for CES, SEMA or NAB?

Six to ten weeks is ideal for the major shows, because exhibitor power and labor deadlines close early. Smaller corporate events can book two to four weeks out, and same-day setups on the Strip are possible.

Do you cover events off the Strip?

Yes: Downtown, the Arts District, Summerlin, Henderson, Boulder City and anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley, including corporate campuses, resorts and private venues.
